Digital Products:

For digital products:

  • The digital product must not have been downloaded, accessed, or used in any way.
  • Requests for returns must include the order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or error messages.

Tangible Products:

For tangible products:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all original tags attached.
  • Items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Return Process:

  2. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation if applicable.
  3. Our customer support team will review your request and assess its eligibility for a return.
  4. If your request is approved, the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Note: Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is typically not eligible for return due to the nature of digital content. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and requirements before making a purchase.
